You can no longer create a duplicate of your own organization
Government Type and State are proper lists, and the form stops you before you create a second copy.
Creating an organization when you already belong to one no longer produces a second copy of it.
The form previously prefilled your existing government's details, so changing a single field and saving created a near-identical duplicate rather than editing what was there. If you were an admin of an organization, this was easy to do by accident.
Government Type and State are now proper lists rather than free text, so the same government cannot be recorded three different ways depending on who typed it.
